University of Ottawa designated bilingual

In September 2015, the University of Ottawa officially obtains the “designation” for its services and academic programs in French under the French Language Services Act of Ontario. This designation requires the institution to maintain a permanent offer of high-quality services and programs in French. It applies, however, only to undergraduate programs. Some exceptions remain in the sciences and engineering.
